Moms in Motion!

I am excited to announce that I am officially a Moms in Motion leader!  Judy Fox and I will be teaming up to coach a group of "moms" who are ready to put on their running shoes and hit the streets.  The best part is you do not have to be a mom to join... sisters, friends, teachers, aunts, etc.  feel free to join us!  We welcome all levels, but you must be ready and willing to work hard in a motivating and fun atmosphere.

Moms In Motion® is a Global Network connecting Moms through Fitness, Fun & Philanthropy. Moms meet other moms with similar interests and fitness goals. They develop friendships and get the support and guidance they need to reach their goals. Why I LOVE willPower & grace!


willPower & grace®

We teach people how to land on their feet, and move with integrity!


Guess what?  I am currently the only willPower & grace evaluated instructor in the state of Maine.  Pretty cool...huh?!  This class has inspired me and many of my students for over 3 years now, and I am ready to keep learning!  willPower & grace is a formatted fusion of postures and drills.  It is high energy, and requires mind-body concentration.  We even train our feet to help strengthen while correcting imbalances in ankles knees and hips!!  

This workout is also philosophical as much as it is physical with a word to focus on every week.  Our word this week is ACCEPTANCE.  Just in case you missed it this is what I said in class today...  Accept who you are, with all of your abilities, the body that you have been born to; it's perfect in this moment. Accept your weaknesses and prepare to make yourself stronger, happier, healthier. Accept, those people that you have chosen to keep around you, love them and honor them for how they fill your life - or, accept that you will need to strategically distance yourself from energies that do not suit you.
